No Demand Planning process or technical system coordinating information existed between client and its members/suppliers - only spreadsheet-based, manual data/information sharing.

SCMC Solution

SCM Connections designed and rolled out a complete end-to-end Demand Planning process, and configured and implemented IBP Demand and Control Tower to support new process including IBP web-planning collaboration with both members and suppliers.

Results

Increased visibility to member and supplier performance on KPIs.  Eliminated need for spreadsheet tracking.  Regulated Demand Planning cadence by shifting to 4-week recurring process calendar.  Gained access to statistical forecasting and real-time data.  Streamlined data/information sharing and improved collaboration with client members and suppliers.
